Before hitting the streets, we made a pit stop at Tres Gatos Coffee, a must-visit in Midvale for any coffee lover. The vibe inside is warm and welcoming, with a menu that offers more than just your standard lattes. I opted for the Mexican Mocha—a delightful blend of chocolate and spices that added just the right kick to my morning. My second choice was the Huckleberry Pie Latte, which was equally fantastic. It had a sweet, fruity flavor that felt like drinking a slice of pie! If you're a fan of unique coffee flavors, these are definitely worth trying.

Tres Gatos also serves up some mouth-watering baked goods. We couldn’t resist grabbing a S’mores Cereal Bar and some freshly baked cookies to fuel us for the scooter ride ahead. Their mix of creative coffee drinks and snacks make Tres Gatos the perfect way to start any adventure.
